About
I turn complex enterprise workflows into products people trust.
Senior Product Designer with 7+ years in product and UX design, now focused on simplifying enterprise products in security, identity, and access management. I take work from research and product strategy through workflow design and UX execution, and keep stakeholders aligned along the way.
Selected Work
Enterprise problems I've solved
Case studies across enterprise SaaS security and identity, plus a ground-up rethink of work management. Each opens into interactive, NDA-safe demonstrations you can operate, not just read.
Product visuals and metrics are abstracted where NDA requires. Every case study preserves the real problems, decisions, and product logic.
Domain Depth
Deep in the Atlassian ecosystem
I design for admins managing identity, access, compliance, and secure collaboration across Cloud and Data Center. They need predictable workflows, safe defaults, and audit-ready actions. Orange chips open the matching case study.

Philosophy
Designing for trust, scale, and business impact
Security UX is not about making complex systems look friendly. It is about helping admins make confident decisions under risk. I design for clarity, defaults, edge cases, and auditability.
Clarity beats control overload
Admins do not need every option visible at once. They need the right decision at the right moment.
Defaults should carry the risk
Security should be inherited from policy wherever possible, instead of forcing every user to make high-risk decisions manually.
Edge cases are the real product
Failures, conflicts, permissions, exceptions, empty states, and recovery paths decide whether enterprise UX actually works.
Launch is part of the product
Marketplace pages, docs, onboarding, emailers, and product UI should explain the same value story without contradiction.
Beyond Screens
Beyond screens
Enterprise products do not succeed through UI alone. They need clear positioning, usable documentation, launch consistency, and systems that help teams move faster.
Product positioning
Turning complex security capabilities into clear value stories for evaluators, admins, and decision-makers.
Marketplace conversion
Creating listings, visuals, and feature narratives that help users understand the product faster during evaluation.
Admin onboarding
Reducing setup confusion through clearer flows, defaults, guidance, and supporting content.
Documentation clarity
Working with documentation teams so product behavior, setup steps, and edge cases are easier to understand.
Launch systems
Building reusable emailer, landing page, marketplace, and campaign structures that speed up GTM execution.
Design operations
Improving delivery through Jira discipline, reusable components, cleaner file organization, review processes, and better handoff habits.
Capabilities
What teams actually hire me for
Design work across a 56-app Atlassian Marketplace portfolio running in roughly 4,000 enterprise instances, on listings licensed in tiers reaching 150,000 users each.
Enterprise Product Thinking
A screen is the last thing I design. The work is the workflow underneath it: what a policy touches, what breaks at scale, and who has to answer for it on the worst day.
Security & Identity UX
SSO, SCIM, MFA, secure sharing, access governance. Seven years in, the interesting part is still making a control obvious to the person who is accountable for it.
Mentorship
I mentor early product designers through Product Design Launchpad. I don't redesign their portfolios. I ask the questions that let them fix the work themselves.
Stakeholder Communication
Most design decisions are lost in the room, not on the canvas. My job is putting the trade-off in front of people in a form they can actually argue with.
Beyond UI
What I bring beyond UI
Strong interface design is expected. I add product judgment, stakeholder alignment, and business context, so complex enterprise workflows become easier to ship and scale.
I simplify security-heavy workflows where mistakes affect access, compliance, admin trust, and business risk. I design for clarity, safe defaults, exceptions, permissions, and auditability.
I work with product owners, business analysts, engineers, marketing, support, and documentation teams to turn unclear requirements into shippable product decisions.
I connect UX decisions to things the business can track: trial conversion, support load, feature adoption, and how the product reads on the marketplace.
As Design Scrum Master, I help prioritize design work, manage execution through Jira, improve handoff clarity, and keep product and marketing design delivery predictable.
